- 1 [14-ounce / 398-mL] can pineapple chunks, preserved in it's own juices
- 1 [14-ounce / 400-mL] can light coconut milk
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] vanilla yogurt
- Juice of 3 limes
- 3 tablespoons [45 g] sugar
- Into the bowl of a blender, mix together all ingredients until smooth.
- Evenly pour into sicle molds.
- Freeze for at least 12 hours.
