Honey of a Fudge Sauce
Comments: Excellent over vanilla or nut ice cream.

  • 1/2 cup [115 g] butter
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] cornstarch
  • 1 cup [250 mL] honey
  • 1 cup [250 mL] water
  • 1 cup [250 mL] miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
  • Melt butter into a casserole; remove from heat.
  • Mix together cocoa powder and cornstarch; stir into melted butter.
  • Pour in honey and water.
  • Bring to boil stirring until thickening.
  • Remove from heat; stir in marshmallows and salt, until completely melted.
  • Serve.
