Peach Ice Cream [ice cream maker]

  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] ripe peach*
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] milk
  • 1 cup [250 mL] cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon [0.5 mL] vanilla
  • 1/2 cup [100 g] sugar
  • *Peel, stone then mash peach meat using a fork or puree together with milk into a blender.
  • Mix in milk [if not already mixed in], cream, vanilla and sugar.
  • Pour mixture into ice cream maker cylinder.
  • Proceed following manufacturer's instructions.
