- 1/2 cup [125 mL] ripe peach*
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] milk
- 1 cup [250 mL] cream
- 1/8 teaspoon [0.5 mL] vanilla
- 1/2 cup [100 g] sugar
- *Peel, stone then mash peach meat using a fork or puree together with milk into a blender.
- Mix in milk [if not already mixed in], cream, vanilla and sugar.
- Pour mixture into ice cream maker cylinder.
- Proceed following manufacturer's instructions.
