Fluffy Pineapple Ice Cream [ice cream maker]
  • 1 egg white
  • 3/4 cup [190 mL] crushed pineapple [canned in its own juice]
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] milk, light cream or half and half
  • Beat egg white until foamy, not dry.
  • Mix in crushed pineapple, unsweetened pineapple juice and milk, light cream or half and half.
  • Pour mixture into ice cream maker cylinder.
  • Proceed following manufacturer's instructions.
