- 1 egg white
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] crushed pineapple [canned in its own juice]
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] milk, light cream or half and half
- Beat egg white until foamy, not dry.
- Mix in crushed pineapple, unsweetened pineapple juice and milk, light cream or half and half.
- Pour mixture into ice cream maker cylinder.
- Proceed following manufacturer's instructions.
