- 2 cups [500 mL] rinsed hulled fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup [60 g] sugar
- 2 egg whites, at room temperature
- Process strawberries in juice extractor.
- Combine strawberry juice and sugar.
- Pour into an ice tray; freeze until lightly frozen.
- Into a bold, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Fold partially frozne mixture into beaten egg whites.
- Evenly spoon into ice tray.
- Freeze until set, for approximately 2 hours.
- Keep and serve frozen.
