- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] honey
- 2 cups [500 mL] cream
- 2 cups [500 mL] milk
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] vanilla
- Beat together eggs and milk into a large saucepan.
- Mix in honey.
- Cook over low heat stirring until thickened, for approximately 10 minutes.
- Mixture should smoothly coat to a spoon.
- Leave to cool completely before mixing in cream and vanilla.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Pour mixture into ice cream maker cylinder.
- Process following manufacturer's instructions.
