Chicken Strips Curry

  • 14 ounces [400 g] chicken whites
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] oil
  • 6 1/2 ounces [205 mL] heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] curry powder
  • Freshly chopped chervil, to taste
  • Slice chickent whites into fine strips.
  • Heat oil into a frypan; fry chicken strips into hot oil until golden.
  • As soon as chicken strips are done, pour cream into frypan and mix in curry powder.
  • Simmer for approximately 10 minutes.
  • Serve immediately, sprinkled with freshly chopped chervil.
