- 14 ounces [400 g] chicken whites
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] oil
- 6 1/2 ounces [205 mL] heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] curry powder
- Freshly chopped chervil, to taste

- Slice chickent whites into fine strips.
- Heat oil into a frypan; fry chicken strips into hot oil until golden.
- As soon as chicken strips are done, pour cream into frypan and mix in curry powder.
- Simmer for approximately 10 minutes.
- Serve immediately, sprinkled with freshly chopped chervil.
